When we opened our RV park and cabin facility in April of 2019, our goal was simple: to create a place where every stay feels special—whether you’re here for one night or settling in for a longer visit. From the very beginning, we envisioned more than just a destination; we wanted to build a place rooted in family, connection, and community.
Guests are invited to enjoy our picnic areas for birthday celebrations, family gatherings, or casual get-togethers. We also host monthly cookouts at our picnic and campfire area, offering the perfect opportunity to relax, share a meal, and connect with fellow travelers.
We are proud to be locally owned and operated, and we look forward to welcoming you as part of our community each time you stay.

Our facility is ideally situated near several major metropolitan hubs, making it easy for guests to enjoy both convenience and escape. We’re close to scenic lakes, shopping centers, local rodeos, and just one mile from the Gilmer Country Club, which features a swimming pool and golf course. Gladewater—known as the Antiques Capital of Texas—is only 15 minutes away.
We’re also within easy driving distance of the Shreveport/Bossier Entertainment District, Canton’s famous First Monday Trade Days, and the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Tyler and Longview are nearby as well, offering a full range of fine dining, retail shopping, and top-tier medical facilities.
